1. Scope of Services
This Schedule sets out how Timeless Relocation, as subcontractor, prices commercial relocation work for the Prime Contractor across the United Arab Emirates. Commercial means an office to office move. The dealing with the end customer stays with the Prime Contractor; Timeless Relocation carries out the move on site. Services covered include packing, loading, transport, unloading, and reassembly of office furniture, equipment, and records. Because office moves vary, commercial work is quoted only after a site visit, as set out below. Pet relocation, vehicle shipping, livestock, and hazardous goods are not part of this Schedule.
2. Quotation Basis, Site Visit Required
Office moves are quoted per project, after a site visit
Commercial moves (office to office) are not charged at a fixed rate. Every office differs, so Timeless Relocation first surveys both sites, then issues a written, itemised quotation that references the working terms in this Schedule.
The site visit assesses
- Inventory and volume: workstations, desks, cabinets, IT and electronic equipment, furniture, and stored items.
- Access at both sites: floor level, lifts, loading bay, parking, carry distance, and any building permits.
- Timing: working hours, after hours or weekend work, and building or landlord rules.
- Special handling: server rooms, safes, partitions, and any dismantling or reassembly.
- Crew and materials: number of movers, trucks, and packing materials required.

3. How Commercial Jobs Are Priced
- Per project: Priced per project after the site survey, not per CBM and not at a fixed property rate.
- Written quotation: Issued after the visit, itemised against the agreed scope and referencing this Schedule.
- Scope changes: Any work beyond the agreed scope is quoted and approved before it begins.
- VAT: All rates exclude UAE VAT, billed separately where applicable.
4. Working Terms
- Job confirmation: The Prime Contractor shares each job in writing (email or WhatsApp), stating both site addresses, scope, and preferred dates. A site visit is arranged before any quotation is issued.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time incur 30% of the agreed job value.
- Handling & care: Timeless Relocation handles all goods with professional care. Any damage claim must be raised in writing within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographs.
- Quotation: A written quotation is issued by Timeless Relocation per job before work begins, referencing this Schedule.
- Invoicing: Invoices are issued by Timeless Relocation against each completed job, itemised against the rates above.
Payment terms: e.g. 50% advance, balance on completion
5. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention
(a) Rate confidentiality. The Prime Contractor agrees to keep the rates in this Schedule confidential and not to share them with any competing relocation service provider.
(b) Non-circumvention by Timeless. Timeless Relocation agrees not to approach, solicit, or accept direct business from end clients introduced by the Prime Contractor for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the last shared job.
These clauses survive termination of this Schedule.
6. Validity, Revision & Termination
- Validity: This Schedule remains in force until revised by Timeless Relocation.
- Rate revisions: Notified in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.
- Termination: Either party may terminate by giving 30 days' written notice.
- Jobs in progress: Jobs confirmed before the termination date are completed at the agreed rates.
